Xent provides end-to-end encrypted communication and privacy transfer gateway services. Xent is not a financial institution, money transmitter, or custodial wallet service. Xent does not hold, transmit, or have access to user funds.

3. User Responsibilities

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials - You must not use Xent for any illegal activities - You are solely responsible for any transactions initiated through your wallet integrations - You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Privacy Transfer Gateway Disclaimer

The privacy transfer feature invokes third-party decentralized wallets. Xent acts solely as a privacy overlay and does not custody, pool, or control any digital assets. All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Xent bears no responsibility for transaction errors, failed transfers, or fund losses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Xent is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Compliance & Jurisdiction

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Xent complies with local laws and regulations. Xent does not provide services in jurisdictions where encrypted communication is prohibited.
